Squinty line eye team... assemble!

TTC#1, cd 33/35, 12dpo, cycle 3

Hi all, trying to not get my hopes up. Last month I thought I saw a line on a clear blue test and wise Mumsnetters told me not to trust them for early testing and to get a pink frer which I did and there was no line :(

One month later and I’ve tested with frer and I think I see a line but I’m trying not to get too excited like I did last time. Symptom wise I have the metallic tase, tiredness and a feeling of pressure in my pelvis. However I have no pain at all in my boobs, no implantation bleed spotting and not much discharge at all.

What do you think?

I see a line for sure, but as it is early perhaps wait a few days before you “believe it”

Yep that’s what I thought, any idea when implantation usually happens? Did you tell your dp straight away or did you wait the couple of days first?

I told DH straight away but we were both cautious as we struggled to conceive

Hi all, so I got excited yday and did a digital one and it said ‘not pregnant’ so I wasn’t too worried at that point because I know now that the frer ones are better for early testing. Then I tested this morning and the line looked fainter. So I had a cry and basically settled in my mind that I was having another chemical one like last month but I did one this evening and it looks darker?! What do we think?

Babe my tests in the evening used to be brilliant compared to ones in the morning. I'm now 14+3 xx

Wannabemummy that’s so good to hear! I’m second guessing because all the frer threads always say to use first urine but this seems the opposite. I’ve also never been so desperate for boob pain because loads of threads say it’s a clear sign but I’ve had no pain at all!

Whambam congrats! How many dpo are you? Did you get a clear line?

@dnashelicase I'm around 21dpo and had what I thought was AF last week so it's a clear line but I expected it to be darker I think considering how many dpo I am! Yours is definitely getting darker, congrats! X

Thank you 😊 fingers crossed now I suppose. I think I’d be feeling better if I had more symptoms as I’ve had none! (Except that my ‘little cry’ was actually quite hysterical in a cupboard at work so I’m a more than a little more hormonal/emotional than usual, which could certainly be a symptom 🤭)
