TTC immediately after miscarriage

So I had an unexpected pregnancy in dec would of been my third baby so I knew I was pregnant by how I felt but I only got a bfp when I was 10 days late for period - it was driving me crazy. And then I began miscarrying the next morning ...
Me and my partner decided we wanted to try so this month was first month since miscarriage was due on 2 days ago got a faint positive 1day late but then I got a bfn next morning so confusing and it’s really driving me crazy having to wait to test again. Only thing that makes me feel better is my symptoms are miles stronger this time round I’m exhausted my nipples r so sensitive huge and my boobs are killing , weeing more , and I’m so bloated it’s an actual joke .
Anyone in a similar boat please keep me company on the agonising wait for either AF to show or a BFP

Hi, I'm in your boat at the mo. Have done 4 tests over past 2 days- 1st 2 were positive and 2nd 2 were negative! I don't know what to think?!?

Omg how annoying is it if you’ve had strong positives tho you probably are mine just doesn’t seem strong enough to belive 😩. Currently looking on amazon for some because I can’t spend like 50 quid on tests ahaha.

I know. And it was the CB ones that show the words so wasnt even like I'm trying to imagine lines! Just been to Tesco to buy new tests. Will try and wait til Sat but I know what I'm like!

If your cb digi was positive I would say the negatives were just coz your urine wasn’t as concentrated and your defo preg

Just did another tesco brand one and still negative. Think the first 2 were false 😏

Yea I did an Asda one and got a bfn , Not testing again till Monday now just driving me mad

Hiya nope, AF arrived with a vengeance on Saturday! I still can't believe I would get 2 - that will teach me to take 2 from the same pack! X

Hiya both, so sorry for your losses. Just speaking from my experience..

I had a mc at 12 weeks, we to started trying again straight away. But I tested the following month and got a feint positive, I spoke to gp. They said it could be leftover hormones from the mc. So I tested a few days later and negative.

So could be the reason for your positive then negative. I did conceive on the 3rd month after the mc and have a bouncy 6 month old now. So don't give up hope.

Thanks hun I did tests after my mc which were negative to make sure everything was going back to normal. No sign of af and I have woke up with agonising boobs and nipples 😩

Hahaha that's a very good sign for alot of people. It never really affected me, mine just get huge! And I have the most vivid dreams (I'm about 7 weeks pregnant again lol). Do keep me posted I'll keep everything crossed for you xx

Well with my 2 other children I got sensitive nipples but not to this extreme thanks girls will let up date thread when I test wed xx

Hi ladies, hope you don’t mind me joining. We had a mc at the end of Jan (5 wks), planning on trying again this month.

Bl0ndeye how long after mc did you get a negative? I’m not sure when to test to see.

I lost my first baby in December and haven't had a period since. Got a bfn today, it's driving me mad!
Try ebay for tests--I got 25 for £3.05 :)

Hi sorry to drop on I had what I think was a period last week it came 4 days early and lasted 7 days on the Tuesday and Wednesday I started spotting on friday I started spotting again after an internal and then I started light bleeding Saturday and Sunday and was still light bleeding this morning it’s all stopped now I have like a lotion type discharge could this be a sign I’m pregnant forgot to mention I took a test Saturday and me and my OH (other half) (other half) thought we could see a vvv faint line I’m really bloated and my boobs feel fuller OH (other half) squeezed one last night and it hurt like mad! I’m really hormonal aswell don’t want to get hopes up any help or advice would be great TIA (thanks in advance) (thanks in advance)

Jess sounds like a lot of bleeding ? Is it not the after effects from your period making yo bloated etc? Have u got a pic of the test ?

Fingers crossed for you today!

I think the length of time to get a negative after mc depends how far along you were etc. I was 12 weeks, so it took a few weeks to go back down to normal x

My flo app says this today so I'm hoping tomorrow I will finally be able to get an answer if I test with a fr !

@Snoopy28x that must have been awful ❤️❤️ I was only like 4-5 weeks so my body went back to normal quite quick. I found having sore boobs etc abit like rubbing salt In the wound when you know the babies gone x
