TTC need help using Ovulation tests confused!!!

Hi so this is the first time I’m using ovulation sticks and I think I got a positive last night but I’m not too sure as it’s not a solid line?? What do you think? If it is do I only have 12 hours to dtd? Also how many days after do I continue to use the tests? Please if anyone can help or give advice I would greatly appreciate it thank you x

First bit of advice is to get better sticks, those ones look awful. Wondfo or easy@home, stay away from one-step.

The bottom could be positive, it's not a solid line but the control line is so crap that it could be positive and just showing badly. Lh surge( which these tests detect) typically happen 24/48 hours before ovulation so dtd for the next three days or at some point over that time period.
If you have a hormonal condition or irregular cycles, I'd keep testing until you see the test line get lighter again.
Try using premom app to measure the stick too, it can be helpful.
Don't let these things rule you I finally convieved the month I didn't confirm ovulation. They can't confirm ovulation, they only indicate that you might, that's important to keep in mind too. Have sex often and all going well you'll be lucky.
