I’ve been tracking my cycles for the last 5 months (bbt), and have always had what I call a textbook temperature pattern.
This month, my bbt has been static since finishing my period, and I’m now on CD 21, so it doesn’t look like I have ovulated. This is unusual for me.
I always read conflicting information about bleeding if you haven’t ovulated. Will I still get a period even if I haven’t ovulated?
My pre-ovulation bbt is higher this month than normal (normally it’s 97.30, but has been between 97.50-97.90 this month). Any ideas why this might be?
