TTC // SYMPTOMS // WHEN TO TEST?!

Hello,
Me and Dh have been ttc, for some reason I think I may be pregnant this month! I hope so..
But I'm still a bit unsure,
My ov date was 19th Jan, I then got bright blood when wiped on the 23rd Jan, never again. I'm hoping it was implantation bleeding but wouldn't that be too soon? I've read that implantation bleeding is around the same time as periods.
I'm so confused!
I don't have my periods for another 6 days!
If I take a test now, how accurate would the results be?
Also I am get REALLY bad cramping!

Implantation bleeding is usually not that soon after ovulation, but are you sure of the date of your ovulation? I.e. are you testing/tracking or just judging based on an app?

If the bleeding was implantation bleeding, then it is not too early to test as it is now 9days past that.

I use Flo app to track my dates and they are pretty much accurate all the time! So I assumed my ovulation date would be correctly calculated on there.

As much as I want to be pregnant, I don't want to think I might be just yet. Get my hopes up all the time...
