TTC after the pill

Hi all,

Just looking to get others experiences please to check I’m not alone in feeling very frustrated since coming off the pill.
Stopped taking Cerelle (believe that’s the same as Cezerette POP pill) on 17th December and since then nothing. 5 weeks and still no sign of a withdrawal bleed, had terrible PMT symptoms- cramping, sore back and painful boobs but so far no bleeding at all. Have taken a few tests and they’ve all been negative, as expected really.

I know it can take months to get cycles back to normal but I just wanted to hear different experiences please and that I’m not going mad

Sorry don't have an experience to share, just wanted to say good luck and I will be following this closely at will also soon be off the pill! I was not on the mini-pill, so things might be a bit different?

Took 6 weeks for my period to return and then several months for my periods to settle down.
I fell pregnant 10 months after stopping the pill and that was with tracking ovulation etc. I know have a 7 month old DD.

Got pregnant straight away with my second, currently 13 weeks. I didn't go back on the pill after my first.

I came off Cerelle in April didn't have a period for 6 week the next cycle was mega long then went back to normal but still ttc cycle 10 and the horrendous symptom I had ever since I stop mimic being pregnant felt absolute rubbish and crazy for no results but hopefully we get there in the end and I will never take the pill again

Hi @yoomoo how are things? Have your periods settled yet? I've come off the mini pill only a couple of weeks ago and still waiting patiently 😩

I came off my POP end of jan and then had a withdrawal bleed about 3 days later lasting about 4 days. Then I had my first natural period 20th Feb lasting five days (felt like a teen again 😂) I was glad to see it to be honest because I’ve read other women wait a while for there’s to come back
