I've had my coil removed a couple of weeks ago, my cycle is all over the place so waiting for it to settle.
Just wondering how long it took for others to have your cycle back to normal or get pregnant after removal ??

Did you have a copper coil or a mirena coil?
I had my copper coil removed but was lucky to have no pain or bleeding at all following it. My next period was then late. I didn't catch that first month and I was confused about my cycle and when I was actually ovulating.
I was very keen to get pregnant so second month I went and got the clear blue ovulation tests. Turned out I was ovulating completely differently from what I had thought in month one. Using these tests I became pregnant.

Some people say they put extra pressure on but for me they were great! So if you are impatient like me and not sure where your cycle is you could always try those. Good luck!

I had the Mirena out in October, had no periods while I had it in.

Period in November and straight back onto a 27 day cycle ever since.

I did both tests this morning because I've not got a clue where my body's at.

BFN but that's ok because I've never had such dark lines on an ovulation test. Gives me some peace of mind that my body is doing something (3 weeks after removal)
Best get to it 😉 haha

I had the copper coil removed mid June and it sent my periods scatty. I used ovulation strips so I could track it. I got my positive in October.
