Help me to understand please

I had no faint line on my Ovulation test yesterday, now there's a faint. I know that's a negative result but can you take it from there that it's stirring up?

If so, that doesn't match right with my predicted period on its way does it?
And to be fair that app hasn't really been far off (give a day each way).
Daughters a hormonal mess, I know we've synced up (my poor fiancee 😂)
Could coil removal have messed it up that bad?

All women have low level LH in their system all the time, which fluctuates throughout the month. A faint line on an OPK doesn't mean anything at all. You could get nothing, then a faint line, then the next day nothing. It's only significant when the line becomes much, much darker.
