Longer cycles after miscarriage

I’ll start with the background info: came off the pill June 2019 (I had been on it for almost ten years), my cycles in June, July and August were a perfect 4 weeks every time. In mid September I got pregnant but started bleeding a week later and lost it, I bled for about 5 weeks straight in total so October was write-off as well. My November cycle was 36 days and my December one was 35. I don’t know why they are suddenly so long. Could it be because of MC? I don’t think it’s PCOS as they were so regular before, and no doctor has ever mentioned seeing cysts on any scans. I have no idea when I ovulated during those long months as I had loads of EWCM but never bothered to do an OPK. I’m on cycle day 15 now and started to see a bit of EWCM yesterday so I’m gonna start doing OPKs twice a day. Just a bit worried as to whether this is normal after MC or if there could be more problems.
