Confused by menstrual cycle after miscarriage

Hi ladies.
I miscarried at 8 weeks at the beginning of December 2019.
I then had a 4 day bleed from 25th December. Today (18th January) I have begun bleeding again and have felt premenstrual this week.
This is confusing me as that would mean my cycle is only 25 days. Prior to my miscarriage my cycle was 35 days.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
Is this 'normal' ?

@JadeRuby1988 I’m having the same issue but gone the opposite direction, my cycles were 28 days and since MC in September last year they’ve been about 35! I think sometimes it takes a while for your body to go back to normal after MC. I’ve decided if my January cycle is really long again I’m gonna see a doctor.

@JadeRuby1988 sorry to hear of your loss. I lost mine at 20 weeks last year. First cycle after the loss was 25 days although I’m normally 32 day cycle and my last cycle was 29 days so I agree it takes a little while to get back to your regular cycle. Hope this helps x
