Who’s in the 2ww? 7dpo

Half way through the 2ww (I believe anyway) got a positive opk last Friday and believe I felt ovulation pain on my right side at around midnight that night. Going to possibly test with an early one on Wednesday because I just can’t help myself! Who else is out there going through the wait?

It's really hard not to think about it. I wish a was a man! You can't switch off when it's your own body.

@Farmgirl85 tested with an early clear blue test and was negative! So i think I’m out this month.. quite disappointing but oh well, got to stay positive! xx

I think I am on the same schedule. Positive OPK on 10/1, now just waiting until AF is due on 24/1. I had some random spotting on 18/19 which I think might be implantation bleeding. I’m just so impatient to test, and waiting is so hard!

@Farmgirl85 I have my fingers crossed too. Let's hope AF doesn't show. Have been feeling really crampy with headaches today which I normally don't get prior to AF. I've a busy few days ahead so hopefully that will keep my mind off wanting to test again!xx

It’s so frustrating because it’s always “there’s always next month” but the months are so long when TTC!! The month I found out I was pregnant with it DS (2018) I remember it being the one month I didn’t obsess! Barely remembered my period was due until I had a crying fit and my mum was like “go get a test”.. so I’m going to try and relax next month. EASIER SAID THAN DONE lol. Deffo be using the ovulation tests again tho as I feel that took the stress of trying to DTD every other day the whole month!! Xx

How is everyone today? Ttc is the most frustrating thing ever with my ds it happened in cycle 2 this time round its been a complete rollercoaster. I would say I'm definitely out this month have has cramps all day so af will be here pretty soon xx

@Farmgirl85 think positive!! Although I’m deffo out this month, tests are negative and I just feel normal. I’m due Sunday but topped up on products ready for it to arrive:( xx

Too early to test for me. I'm only 5 dpo. Feel terrible mind and have pains but I did last month and didn't mean anything, so I'm not holding out any false hope.

How are you feeling about it @Hollyanne972 although it mite not come so fingers crossed. I would say I'm defo out im actually cycle day 28 today so I can come on from day 28 to 30 I jus feel like it's gonna come as I have been cramping all day xx

I feel pretty worn out about it all! I forgot how disappointing the months are TTC! And before you know it, it will be the 2ww again and It starts all again until the positive ! Always see people get their BFP so quickly :( I really am praying for you! We both haven’t had the evil witch show just yet so until then we keep our fingers crosses and if it isn’t our month maybe feb will be!! Xxx

@Farmgirl85 have had some very tiny brown spotting today with mild cramps. AF not due till 27th. Going to try hold off and test then if it doesn't show.
Wondering if the brown spotting is implantation bleeding? Don't want to look too much into it though!x

@Hollyanne972 it's really is such a stressful time I keep thinking why me why can it jus not happen and each month I think it gets a wee bit harder. Really hope your af doesn't show and you get that bfp. I think the way I'm feeling it will be on to another month of ttc very crampy at the min. My consultant has me on 75mg of aspirin since Nov after my 2 miscarriages also on vitamin d as it's low and 5mg of folic acid as have a bit of a higher BMI and doing slimming world to help so there isn't much more I can do jus got to try and have faith that it will happen at some point this year and be a wee sticky bean xx

@Farmgirl85 keep your chin up hun! It really will come to you and when it does you will love that little bubba 1000 times more! I’ve made a promise to myself that I will try my hardest to drink more next month when trying to conceive because I really feel I lack cervical mucus and it’s the reason we aren’t conceiving! I had a fertility reading with this lady online and she told me I’d fall pregnant by September this year with a little boy, obviously some people don’t believe in that sort of stuff but I really has given me abit of hope xx

I'm jus hoping that taking my tablets and getting healthy will help me but sure who knows. I would believe in all that too @Holly would love to have a reading done but at the same time it scares me lol it's jus one long month after another I need a hobby for the tww lol xx

@Hollyanne972 thanks for the updates. It’s been really helpful. We’ve not told others we are trying so this journey feels quite lonely at times. Can I check should nausea be setting in quickly? Friends, family and colleagues have set theirs started in the TWW. Have you contact details for the reading? 🙏🏼

@Farmgirl85 I completely understand that! I am the worst for finding a hobby! I’ve never really had one and can’t really think what I’d enjoy doing. I work, look after my boy and watch a bit of tv here and there lol.

@Lulu106 aw hun, I believe nausea can come quickly! Can be one of the first signs. The lady had a fb page, just search Psychic readings by Nic xx

@Hollyanne972 thanks so much. We are a much older couple with big jobs and long hours. Hence DTD doesn't happen often. Am therefore considering IVF. I suppose DTD is happening immensley for others? Lol

@Lulu106 if you feel IVF would work best for you then go for it! I know the stress of fitting in DTD! Me and my partner are young still (early 20s) and we find it hard to DTD much each week. He works full time and I look after our little boy along with me having Crohn’s disease that really effects my health so I’ve been using ovulation tests so we feel less pressure in doing it so regular for the my whole 29 day cycle xxx

@Hollyanne972 no more spotting today but still mild cramping! No sign of AF coming early just yet so I still have my fingers crossed!
Myself and my OH haven't told anyone either we are ttc so I agree it can be quite lonely so this is a nice way of chatting about it! Hope everyone has a lovely day and I'll be sure to update you with anything else :) x

@Hollyanne972 not due until 27th, but AF can be quite irregular and has been since I came off the pill 2 years ago. It's unpredictable every month x
