How many days post ovulation am I please?

I got a positive ovulation test on Monday 7th and it says on the pack I could ovulate between 12 - 36 hours ????

I would say you are 9DPO if you got a positive on the 7th, you count ovulation as the day after your positive, then the day after that is 1DPO and so on

No way of knowing for sure. OPKs measure a hormonal surge that happens before ovulation but doesn't guarantee that ovulation then happens (some women have more than one such surge a month, if they have PCOS for example).
For the purposes of knowing when to test I'd suggest taking 9 Jan as date of ovulation and testing 12 days later which will probably give you a reliable result as long as you did then ovulate by the 9th.
