Montgomery tubercles

Hi, just curious really, although i have a 7 year old, i have never really noticed montogomery tubercles before though i have noticed a lot of them in the past week or so, unsure whether this could be early pregnancy sign or if they are quite common. Also some slightly pink spotting when wiping. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you :)

Pretty sure it can be a sign, especially if you didn't have them before. Although breast changes tend to happen after implantation, but the bleeding would imply you're only just implanting.

Isn't something i have ever noticed before, had a little light bleeding this morning but nothing continuous only when wiped and has stopped again.
Been two weeks since potential conception so unsure whether to wait another week before testing
