Checking cervix

I need some advice, currently in tww and have read about checking cervix. If it's low and hard does that mean there is no chance I have conceived this month. I had a positive ovulation test on Friday so implantation wouldn't have happened yet would it? Does the cervix stay high and soft before implantation if the egg has been fertilised? Heeeelp please :)

I've read up on this and apparently your cervix is higher up after implantation. If you were ovulating Friday, chances are you might not have even had implantation yet. It can take around 8-11 days so don't rely too much on your cervix. Best thing to do is just wait and see (like it's that easy! 🙄😂)
