Hi all!
So ive been reading up on how pineapple core and brazil nuts help with TTC.
Has anyone else tried this or no more info on it and have got a bfp?
At what point in your cycle should you eat them?
Have you got to eat them on an empty stomach?
Any feedback? =)

What do you mean by "help with TTC"?

Are you asking if they make you more fertile?

No idea about ttc but I heard the bromeline in the pineapple helps with bringing on labour!

They are supposed to help with the lining and implantation. I'm currently doing a fet (ivf) and was recommended to have both before and around ovulation.xx

Brazil nuts contain selenium which is supposed to help thicken your lining and therefore make implantation more likely. I eat 2 per day throughout my cycle. The month I got pregnant with my son I ate pineapple too - I'd actually forgotten about that so thanks for the reminder :) The important thing is to eat the core (the bit people normally cut out) as this is where all the nutrient are.
