Hey gang! Sorry I've been awol - we've had no internet at home since Friday :-O
Today is pregnancy test day for me according to Ovia...surprise surprise it was a bfn. Totally scunnered with the whole ttc thing.

@Beau2020x sertraline has no effect on female fertility. It can have a reversible effect on Sperm however.
In terms of during pregnancy it has been shown to be safe (i.e doesn't cause deformities) but your GP is correct. If you do want to reduce your dose you could speak to your GP about taking it every second day.
@Ellsbells112 Panoxyl 10 has been discontinued, The Duac you have is a good alternative to panoxyl but it is weaker.
Once you are no longer TTC you will have far more options.

So my body is determined to play mind games with me!
I've had cramp on and off since Thursday. Feel exactly like pms albeit a week too early. Up this morning to backache & more mild cramping. Ovia said today was testing day (11/12 dpo) so I did and got a bfn now I've got bloody pinkish spotting on wiping. Surely I'd have a bfp by now if I was! AF due on the 16th (I don't normally spot before that I've noticed)
I was so sure I wasn't pregnant this cycle, I still don't really believe I am but yet still....clinging to hope 😭
