@Mumofboys17 no I think its from the pain, they aren't normally this bad and it's just making me nauseous 🤢 maybe it's from flying through different time zones ✈️🤷‍♀️

I know right it's so weird I'll even try to help it along but nothing works haha just can't finish! Xx

@Beau2020x I actually hate the fact that its so set in stone that pink is girl and blue is boy! Blue is my favourite colour and I wish I could use it regardless of gender. I am not the biggest fan of pink in any shade to be honest, so if its a girl it will be yellows and greens lol :)
I have been looking at things like cots and prams, but to be honest as long as its practical, safe and looks nice I am not bothered what brand etc it is. I know people that paid over £1500 for a pram, I just do not get it, they make fashion accessories out of these things now, I'd rather buy cheaper one and use the money for something else! x What are everyone's thoughts on prams etc? How much would you pay maximum? x - God I'm getting ahead of myself lol :)

@Beau2020x @Katie1109 I'm so unsure. I don't know what to do really. Before DS I did have an almost 40 day cycle once so wondering if it's just another one of those 😕 I did get tested for PCOS a few years ago but I don't have it as far as they could see. This just seems to be how my body is. I'm tempted to get a test on my way home as need to get milk anyway 😂 just wish I knew what was going on!

@Ellsbells112 I think that's the plan - if my next cycle ever comes!!! Probs won't start until about CD12 or so though as my actual period is about 6 days long anyway and would rather keep the fanny burn at bay for a little longer so we don't wear ourselves out early on haha x

@Katie1109 yep totally get you!! I love pink regardless (soft pale pinks and corals, not hot pink) so I'd be happy to have say one small thing pink in the room. Other than that I don't want a bright pink girls room or bright blue boys room!

As for prams - if I did fall in love with a £1500 pram, and someone wanted to buy me it... other than that no waayyyy we are spending a fortune!! Practicality and affordability is what it's about. We'll probably look at 2nd hand too!

AF has arrived 😭 also had a bereavement yesterday so all in all having a totally shit couple of days. I let both my kids sleep in my bed last night so I could just hug them!
I think it might be time for me to count my blessings and move on from TTC. It's mentally exhausting and actually I'm super lucky to have what I have ♥️

I do the same sometimes, let DS in with us just so I can snuggle and sniff him. Ultimate comfort blanket x

I know it's just words, but genuinely hope you're OK. We suffered horrific bereavement last year and it's just the worst. If you need to rant/vent then we are here xxx

Oh @Ange211 I am so so sorry. Sending you a massive hug. Just remember it's okay to feel like this, and it's okay to want more in life! You are so so lucky to have everything you have right now but there is absolutely no shame in wanting another baby! It is mentally draining, maybe just take a step back and enjoy yourself for a little while. I am a strong believer in 'if it's meant to be, it will be'.

@Ange211 oh sorry hun x we are all here for you x I know it’s disheartening at the moment but just try to relax, treat yourself and keep your head up x it’s ok to be upset, it’s ok to be angry x give yourself couple of days to process and then move on x don’t dwell on it too much, it doesn’t help - I know I do I every time xx lots of hugs x

@Ange211 So sorry for your loss and AF. Like others have said, we;re here if you need to rant or vent. Take care of yourself and have a break. It's very mentally draining, so if you're struggling just keep going - opks and all that can make us crazy, just dtd when you both feel like it, you never know what will happen

Half want to buy one on my way home from work, half want to not bother 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think our travel system was about £1000.. having said that we got everything with it (changing bag, seat that adapted to different sizes, carry cot, car seat, rain covers for all different seat attachments.. and a cup holder 😉😂) although we bought our next2me crib at the same time and DH haggled on price and we got 10% off!! This was in mothercare 😂😂

That travel system is our forever pram though. I bought a cheapie second hand stroller for DS now as he's older but I'll use the expensive travel system for the new baby too (if they ever arrive!) and we can buy a tandem attachment if we need it 😊

@Katie1109 I think everyone should use whatever colour they like. I also hate the pink/blue thing. If I want my boy to wear a nice pink baby grow he can. He would just poo in it anyway haha.

Prams for £1500 ffs... I think it is the one if the most expensive things you can buy when you have a baby as I can imagine going cheap would be a nightmare if it fidnt work well. But 1500 is a joke.

@Mumofboys17 that seems far more reasonable when you get all that. Love that he bartered in a retail shop 😹😹

Looks like I’m getting my peak today went from lh0 yesterday to lh150 earlier. So my predicted 17th of jan should be right on the button. Glad we dtd last night finally.

@Quiffy yeah!! Well worth an ask! Saved us a couple hundred quid 😂 the lady that served us was actually one of the retail managers so that probs helped lol. Hooray for the peak! Still no AF for me yet 😩 feel quite bloated and a tiny bit crampy still. My boobs feel heavy, like when I was breastfeeding and had let down pain 😂😂 probably sounds a bit odd haha x

@Quiffy woohooo cycle buddies then. My OPK was pretty dark this morning haven't DTD since 13th which is annoying! I'm just hoping to got ovulation hangs fire until tomorrow so I jade half a shout to get something in tonight. I'm still out. Hardly done it at all this month 😡

@Mumofboys17 are these normal pre AF symptoms for you??

@Beau2020x def still I’m with a chance tonight. Might even be some swimmers still around from 13th. I always go by first peak means around 24 hours until the egg is out, then around 24 hours until it needs a swimmer to survive. So, I’m planning tonight, tomorrow and Saturday for good luck.

@Mumofboys17 ahhh I have everything crossed that it’s early signs and it was just too early for a bfp! Af showing up is going to be cruel.

Well mine is still low but O predicted for Saturday which mean I should have my peak tomorrow. Normally day before peak it’s starting to get darker but I’ve done one opk this morning and one in the afternoon and it’s still very faint x so might have a late O day month I’m afraid 😟

@Katie1109 mine was like yours Tues and then got my peak this morning! It went much darker a lot quicker than I thought. I think you are still on course for ovulation on Saturday - what CD are you now?

@Beau2020x I don't even know anymore!! I would say normally not but I do feel AF is just being cruel and holding back. I've had no spotting or anything yet I'm honestly quite surprised. It isn't unknown for me to go a little longer cycle-wise but it isn't often.
My FRER's didn't arrive Tuesday as they were meant to 🙄 they have been posted now though according to my emails, so hoping they'll either be at home when I get there tonight or by tomorrow and if still no show from AF I'll test then. Feel so in limbo 😩

Thanks @Beau2020x :) I’m CD13 and usually ovulate CD15 x although last cycle I had a peak on CD13 so ovulation on CD14 x so who knows 😂

@katie1109 mine usually get dark with a few days of high, but nothing this month. Straight from low to peak today. Might be something in the TTC air!

@mumofboys17 oh bless you! If I was you, I'd test with a FRER as soon as you get on. At least then whatever the result is, you have some form of closure.

Well and truly missed ovulation for DTD tonight!! Just done an OPK and it's waaayyyy lighter than the one I did this morning. Gah! I'll still do it tonight but I'm pretty sure I ovulated today, I've had the worst pain.

Never mind!!!! On to the next one I suppose! There's no way I will catch this cycle when we only DTD 11th and 13th in fertile window 🤦🏼‍♀️
