That'd nice that you have a good relationship tho! Actually tbh I've never met my OH family!! I've met his brother but his mum has been weird the whole time saying she'll meet me one day to him, he's pushed for it but she's not having it!! It upsets him actually bless him. Then his dad he wasn't talking to for a few years and then when they did get on speaking terms he moved to Nottingham so haven't met him either.
My OH has met my crazy family 👪 I don't talk to my mum anymore tho haven't for a year. She's an alcoholic and I had a few really bad situations with her growing up she was quite abusive and it was only now in my life that the flood gates opened if you will. I started counselling to sort through it all but still am not on talking terms with her. I even tried a few times to talk to her even after all the pain she has caused and she is just a bitch about it all, she denies everything and I can't live like it it's just not fair tbf and she's still drinking.

Well that got deep 😅 I've always wanted a close family though or a bigger family 👪 my dad died when I was 12 so all I had was my mum and sister, as all grandparents were dead too! My sis is married to an Irishmen haha who has a massive family for her to adopt!

I'll have to have about 4 kids so we have a nice big family 👪 too 😁

I was hoping you could advise me: here's my OPKs.... the last two days are the same test I just took two pics to try and see if it read it better haha.

But this AM my BBT dropped massively and I've had EWCM today too...

Yesterday I had CM that was more creamy and quite a lot of it (sorry).

The last two tests I mean; the green ones x I've taken 5 today haha and they've all been faint.

Wow @Ellsbells112 you have been through a LOT!! Sorry to hear all that 😭 I know what you mean though, about stuff that happened in your childhood all of a sudden kind of hitting you as an adult - I had something similar although mine isn't anywhere near as awful as what you went though. I was just totally bullied and pushed out by my dad and step mums family. As a kid a brushed it off but at about 25 it just hit me all and I became a paranoid catastophising mess.

@Blondeandbroody hmmm that's strange - I wouldn't say that the 2 high ones are your peak. But I'd keep testing maybe again this afternoon and tomorrow and if they keep getting fainter then I'd say maybe that was your peak? You are still really early on in your cycle so it may still be yet to come?

@Beau2020x don't say yours isn't as awful ❤️ your experience is your experience and it still sounds horrible and damaging! So I'm sorry for you too ❤️

I'm cd3 now and af basically finished whoop 😁 I'm going to start taking letrozole from today! Need to get a wax ready for next week too haha. How are you? Did you manage to dtd last night?

No didn't manage it last night!! I got the conceive plus out and everything as a little surprise but OH was having none of it. These early morning gym sessions are killing him off by 8pm! Gonna have to jump him early tonight...

As it turns out it's probably not a bad thing, still no closer to getting a peak on OPKs so ovulation date has been pushed back another 2 days to 17th. So going to try DTD tonight, tomorrow and friday. Whyyyy is it so mentally draining trying to plan sex on the EXACT nights that you need it?!

@Beau2020x it's awful isn't it!! 😂 This medication I started today apparently pushes back your ovulation date later than usual so I'm going to have to keep an eye on everything! I think as long as I see ewcm I'll dtd every day till it stops because I nornally get it for a few days right before I ovulate so it's always a good indicator

@Blondeandbroody maybe you peaked overnight near the high ones? I’d keep testing and see if your peak is yet to come.

I’ve still got this horrible bug. Spent another evening in the loo after thinking it had passed. Naturally, DH was not for dtd 😹. My lh tests are still zero so guess it’s not too much of a worry that we haven’t this fertile period. Although last month I got my peak result on cd 15 so that’s weird. Will just have to wait and see I guess.

@Quiffy what CD are you on? You're only one behind me I think? I'm CD14 today and OPKs are going nowhere. Lines are taking at least 15-20 mins to get as dark as they are in my photos.

@quiffy ahh what cycle day are you now?? Are you getting other signs of ovulation?

@Beau2020x @ellsbells112 just realised I’m a complete plonker. I thought I was cd15 today but it’s the 15th January 🤪 actually only cd12 so still 3 days off. Maybe I should take up coffee again 😹

@Beau2020x yours are similar to mine from last cycle. It went from pretty low 20s on cd14 and morning of cd15 to peak that afternoon. So I’d say you’ll be there soon 🍾

CD12 today and opks are still showing low x ovulation predicted for Friday or Saturday x DTD last night and hoping to continue until Saturday although might have a night off tonight. What do you all think? x

@Katie1109 yeah I'd have tonight off and then go for it Thurs, Fri and Saturday. I think you'd be more than covered that way!

I agree it's strange when you get older it's like your brain goes 'oh I'm ready to feel fucked up about this now!!' 😬 I've always had a strained relationship with my mum. I didn't have her at DS' birth and she's never forgiven me!

Well AF has STILL not shown up 😩 getting really fed up about it now. Feel like my body's telling me this isn't gonna happen reckon I'm destined to just have the one child. Similar to you in a way @Ellsbells112 DH is desperate for a big family, unfortunately my reproductive system seems dead against it 😂😂

@Katie1109 deffo give yourself a night off if you can!! 3 days in a row over ovulation should cover it nicely! Are you also using preseed? Xx
