@Mumofboys17 no I think its from the pain, they aren't normally this bad and it's just making me nauseous 🤢 maybe it's from flying through different time zones ✈️🤷‍♀️

so af due tomorrow another cheap test this morning but bfn i woke in middle of night with headache and what felt like head cold but it gone now i think my body doesn’t know what up to 🤷‍♀️

Ladies would you advise to use FRER with the FMU I saved or do a hold and use fresher one? x

@Sunflower2019 so lovely you keep popping by and your bump is so cute. I am not small at all so think it would be easily hidden until I was at least 16 weeks.

After all the stressssssss this week it looks like things are looking up with buying our house. I dont think this stress is helping with my TTC but least it is distracting me. I am only 8DPO today and still have the weird cramps on one side but less jolty and down my leg than last night. No sore boobs.

@Katie1109 deffo go for it, I think it will be pretty concentrated!

@Symptomspotter86 amazing news!!!! I hope everything goes to plan, it's good that you have something to keep your mind preoccupied. The last time I was pregnant the end of my TWW was while I was on holiday so distraction can only be a good thing!

@quiffy omg the mooncup haha. I have one I just dont know if I can deal with stewed man juice up me for a day 🤢.

@beau2020x yes it is a good distraction. Also at work it is the busiest month of the year so I'm working weekends and late nights so dont have loads of time to sit and think. If I find out I'm pregnant and I'm moving house (150 miles away as well) in the same week I think it will be the biggest life changing week of my life. I always seem to do things all at once.

Ehh my resting heart rate is going gradually down since yesterday, so that probably means af is on its way 😭

@katie1109 I’ve got everything crossed for af not showing for you. Are you going to try your FRER?

@Ellsbells112 Hey cycle buddy where are you in your cycle now?

I took a bit of time out was busy in work and just needed to try relax from the TTC. Cycle 13 and it's really got me down and all of my friends are announcing their pregnant!!
So I started Acupuncture for Fertility to try something a bit different. I've now had 2 sessions. OH is getting a SA next Fri (painful to convince him to do it!!!) She has me off bread and Pasta she wants me eating loads of veg and seeding. I'll send you pic if you want to try seeding its supposed to help with Hormone balance. She is a bit full on but has great success with people who even had failed IVF so def worth a try. She has me temping too but I couldn't start until CD 12 as I was waiting for my BBT thermometer. If anyone has any questions about Acupunture for fertility let me know. I'm doing it for my pain first then BFP 2nd. My Ovulation pain has gone from about an 8 to a 5 on a scale of 1-10 pain wise.

@BFP2020 hey! I'm very interested in acupuncture for fertility! What do I need to know? What's seeding?? Eating food with seeds?

It is crap, I'm at the 6 month mark and losing my mind so I can only imagine at 13 months. But great things are happening and the ball is rolling! I bet the acupuncture is going to help loads! And fingers crossed for the SA... I really want my OH to go xx

For anyone who temps maybe ye can help me I didn't start till CD 12 but I never O until CD 15-18 anyway. I get Pressure normally first then one sided pain but the one sided pain can last a day or 2! This month after Accupuncture I've had about 2 days of pressure and then this morning I have one sided pain. My positive OPK was Tuesday night and wed morning. Do you think my temp will spike more tomorrow and they will put O as today?

Ladies my FRER arrived. I’ve got 2 of them. What do we think: used the saved FMU from this morning or wait couple more hours and use PM urine? x

@katie1109 I can't even believe how you've managed to hold it until now haha. I think this will be pretty con concentrated as it will have been building up through the day. I'm so excited to see your result x

@Beau2020x do you think my FMU that was sitting in the cup since 6am? Or the PM?
I think the only reason why I managed to hold off is that deep inside I know I’m not pregnant x

@BFP2020 I think you'll have another high temperature tomorrow and then it will put your O day as the day after the low temperature, or first high temperature which was cd17 I think? I'm new to temping myself but for me looks like you ovulated on cd17 I might be wrong, but see what your temp is tomorrow.

@BFP2020 Ohh thanks! I'll start with the seeds lol. Yeah I do temp but from what I gathered after a few months of doing it my opk goes positive literally as I ovulate(the day of temp rise). So I have to catch it during the flashing smiley face if that makes sense. Luckily I know I always ovulate around cd15 otherwise it would be a right pain

@katie1109 ohhh! So when you gonna test? I say do a first response in the morning or this evening after holding for 4 hours x

@Ellsbells112 ya my app should put my O day in for me ones my temp rises tomorrow I think but I'm just confused as to why I got the pain all the one side this morning that's making me think the egg didn't release till this morning. Will DTD tonight anyway. We didn't have a great month of DTD OH a bit stressed by 13 months of scheduled sex 🙈 told him next month we will take a break (we won't really but I'm making him think we are) to take the stress off! The acupuncturist says that if your temps stays up for 10 days then you are able to implant but if it dips a few time then there's an issue and implantation won't occur and it needs to be looked into x

Well it’s a stark white BFN. I’m out. There’s no way FRER wouldn’t show even a shadow of a line 2 days before my af is due x this whole TTC business is heart breaking. Not sure whether it’s even worth it.
