So, the subject says it all! Although I feel I may have more a chance this month.
I came off the pill December - last month we was out. But this month, I apparently ovulated yesterday 12/01/20. We did the deed twice 2 days before ovulation... so today Iam 1dpo.

Anyone in the same that wants to join?
I really want to try not symptom spot, but yesterday I felt the cramps - which led me to think it was ovulation.

We DTD a lot this month haha! Its our first cycle trying to conceive after our MMC at 11 weeks in November. Feeling optimistic :D

I actually thought no-one would reply so this has made my day haha! This would be my 2nd baby, my first is almost 3! We’ve only done it twice 2 days before OV, but I have read the majority of pregnancies occur 2 days before.
I hate this part lol!

Ah lovely! Must be harder to fit in DTD when you have a 3 year old haha. But yes just before ovulation is best so fingers crossed you managed to catch!

This is our first baby :) took us 3 months to conceive our first pregnancy so hopefully it isnt too long again this time!

When is your period due? Yeah it’s difficult to fit it in, usually when it’s child free moments which are very rare!

Ohhh I hope it doesn’t take you too long to conceive. If only we could see inside our bodies hey!

Me 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m in the TWW 5dpo, only managed to DTD twice on predicted ovulation day, only went by my app this month didn’t do OPKs, trying to be more relaxed this month. Not started symptom spotting (yet)

I’ve never used opks, I’ve always just gone by my app - which I know can be slightly off sometimes but I’m pretty sure this month was right & last month my period came when the app predicted!
I remember my first pregnancy, I had no idea - wasn’t obsessing over symptoms, I did a test and was adamant it was negative & it was positive!
So this month I’m going with that approach too haha!

@Kates21 my app has been spot on too, did OPKs in nov & had positive ov test on predicted ovulation day & it was negative either side. We’ve never really “tried” for a baby before just took the see what happens approach. This would be baby no 5 (yes I’m greedy) I had my 4th in aug last year but he died shortly after birth, I fell pregnant in October but it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. Getting pretty desperate now, OH works away a lot so it’s really hard to get the timing right, really hoping this is my month

Last month I thought I had a chance and spent a fortune buying tests just to be negative.. although I kinda knew they would be negative - strange lol! Yeah I’ve never really tried it just happened last time with my first... but this time I have a really strong broodyness and I just want a baby now!
I’m so sorry to hear of your baby loss, that’s tragic and a horrible thing for anyone to go through! Wish you all the luck in the world!

Thank you @Kates21. It can become a bit all consuming when you just want a baby right now, broodyness is an understatement it’s a complete longing. Keeping everything crossed for everyone

Will do. Holding out till af due on the 22nd before I test. Af has turned up when due in nov & dec so no hanging around wondering

I used OPKs this month so know exactly when I ovulated (although i usually k ow anyway by my CM)

I’m not sure when to test... I’m going to try and wait it out until af. BUT maybe start testing dependant on symptoms earlier on! I know I OV yesterday because I had the cramps & today I’ve had no cramps.
TMI: My cm today is wet but white, and cervix position is so high I cannot feel it!

Thank you @Anny27. I usually get ov pain so have a rough idea. Cba with OPKs this month or last month. I’ve never checked cervix position & my cm doesn’t really change that much, I have “dry” days but it’s never been egg white, during fertile week it’s usually really thin watery cloudy/white & it stays like that for a couple of days after ovulation. Just talking about cm with random strangers, only acceptable on a ttc forum 😂

I never really watched cm until I started looking into my symptoms - the body plays tricks and everyone’s different, so no answer is the right answer! Hahaha it’s so acceptable here - if I don’t talk about it I’ll google it until the cows come home! 😂

This month I’m also noting down my DPO symptoms! So that’ll be interesting!

Even now... I’ve just started feeling a burning sensation in my lower back & I feel like I’ve been punched in the lower tummy!

It's my 2nd cycle TTC #2. My AF is due on 21st, but whenever I think it's been 'normal' for a few months it usually messes around. I've been using OPKs, but not sure if we got the peak this month. Ive been spotting ever since I (possibly) ovulated as well. I'm already counting myself out for this month, but we'll see.

Hey everyone, can I join too? 1st cycle ttc #1 and definitely symptom spotting EVERYTHING. It's so anxious-making! I'm going to refuse to test until when my period is due, my cycles can be very variable so I'm going by what the clue app tells me and hoping its ballpark right...

This is all so frustrating isn’t it! I’m trying to remember last month but silly me didn’t write down any signs, so I can’t compare.
Right now I generally feel I’m going to start af, not sure if it’s the backlash of ovulation because I know it’s way too soon for pregnancy symptoms!

How many DPO are you?

I use the clue app too. I started noting things I noticed each dpo last month. I’ve had left side pinching for about half hour today, had it last month but later in cycle. Really trying to ignore everything this month & just note down if I notice anything. I put a question up yesterday about sex in the TWW, what people’s thoughts are about it

Can I join you ladies, 1-2 dpo today depending what app I go by.

Had positive opks on cd 13, 14 and 15.
This will be our 3rd month ttc.
I booked us a ‘romanatic weekend break’ last weekend so timing should be bang on for this month.
We’ve had previous issues with ttc and our last pregnancy (over 10 years ago) was a clomid pregnancy. I was at the gp on cd 3 and had bloods done which were all normal. Need to go back on day 21 for more bloods

Clue app? I use flo... is clue app any good? Tbh I don’t watch symptoms spot unless I’m paranoid or obsessing, and I’m pretty sure I generally cramp day after ovulation because of the surge of hormone. I just want to know now 😂
I started writing in my notes if I notice anything different!

Sex in the TWW?
I personally will be, I don’t often get alone time so anytime is our time. Is it not a good thing? Or just a general question.
