Possibly a daft question but ive never tracked my cycles before so im not too sure. A little history, coil removed on 28th nov, and withdrawal bleed the day after for four days. On 16th dec had a five day episode of very light bleeding that the doctors said was a first af. (Apparently mirena can affect the quality/quantity of lining so a light af was considered normal) my question is today ive started spotting again, getting slightly heavier but nowhere near my pre-coil flow, so does today count as cycle day 1 or do i wait for it to actually get heavier?
Also i have pcos, although this had no effect on af before, was always med-heavy.
