Is my GP telling lies?

I just got my day 21 blood test results and they are 22.9 my GP said this indicates ovulation, however I have heard elsewhere it should be above 30! She suggests dtd three times a week and folic acid. My OH and I have been ttc for 9 months doing all of the above!

With that result, ovulation is likely (as it's our only source of progesterone). It's more likely the test wasn't taken 7 days after ovulation...

Over 20 and you got a chance. There's no bloody way mine was 30 when I conceived.

Folic acid needs to be taken everyday for a while before ttc... no?

When I went for my results gp said I hadn't ovulated but I was actually pregnant so obviously had. Keep trying but don't just do it on your 'fertile' days as you may ovulate early or late.
