When is 1 dpo?

Just wondering how do you start counting dpo ?

I do opk so know when the lh peak is etc...

So dpo is days past ovulation. So if you ovulated today for example it would mean tomorrow you are 1dpo. Then Saturday 2dpo etc x

You ovulate 12-24 hours after your lh peak so say you get your peak on Friday evening, you'll ovulate on Saturday so Sunday is 1 DPO
