Test from expected period or 2 weeks from ovulation

Hi!

It's our 2nd month TTC, this month I did OPK and was 3/4 days later than apps predicted (on 8th Jan)

Apps saying period should be due 19th. Averagely 28day cycle but has varied by a couple of days occasionally.

Do you think I wait until 14 days after ovulation to test or after 19th when it would be 28 day cycle?

You can test any time from about about 9DPO onwards, as you could technically get a positive from then on, but if you want to avoid the stress of early BFNs I'd say 14DPO is likely to give a definitive result (not always though, some people don't get BFP for a few more days after that). Last month I tested from about 11DPO onwards, but I'm not a very patient person!
