Warm/hot feeling womb

Anyone ever had a really warm/hot feeling in there womb ? That comes and goes feeling a bit concerned about the warm/hot womb sensation comes and goes, not constant

Also brown spotting(3 days)
4th day has turned into dark red now and seems more when wiping etc but still not a period flow

So confused cd24 now usually 28 day cycle

Do you feel okay in yourself? It could be a sign of infection so might be worth getting checked it out if you have felt unwell at all. Hope it settles soon.

I had this when I was pregnant first time (don't remember the second time).
Felt hot to the touch. Right back at the start around time of testing.
