Ovulation tests recommendations

Hi. I have high fsh for my age and am seeing infertility clinic. I want to work out if/when I'm ovulating.

Can anyone help with best but most cost effective way to do that with tests?

I know people say to monitor temp but I'm frequently unwell with minor infections which throws temp also as I have premature ovarian failure it gives me hot flushes. So unconvinced temp will show me if I actually am ovulating. I might do it alongside test strips to help make a pattern.

Well I used the clear blue ovulation sticks first time round which worked, but they are expensive. So I have just bought those cheaper strip ones off eBay. No idea if they are any good but they seem to be the ones that loads of mumsnetters use when they do their line pics.

Much cheaper too, £5 for 30 sticks.
