One step test strips..faint line then disappears

I’m noticing that within the time frame a very faint second line appears, it gets darker for the next half hour or so then it disappears to almost nothing (can still see something if you look very closely) I’m only 9 or 10dpo is it too early for line to stick, maybe it detects small amounts of hcg but not enough to stick? I don’t know so any past experiences with this please share. Thanks

The line will fade unless it’s very dark and even then it will still fade but you’ll still be able to see it. So if it’s faint to begin with and some fading which happens then that’s why and also 9 or 10 DPO too. The further along you are the line would be darker
