Am sure it's too early for these symptoms to not be in my head or of any relevance but I have headaches, cramps, lower back ache, nausea, and this evening literally felt like I was going to vom twice and had awful diarrhea. I read this can be a symptom as your hormones change but I'm only 7dpo at the earliest! App says 4dpo 🤷🏼♀️ has anyone had this?
