Ive read lots of good reviews about Inosital and pcos, ive tried to find the thread where someone posted which one they used but cant find it, can anyone advise me where to buy it from?

Im 28, been trying to conceive DC4 for 2 years now and no hope, im not overweight, fairly fit, regular periods, but im just not falling pregnant, hoping inosital can help!

Only mentioned not being overweight as losing weight with PCOS is meant to help but im at a good weight for my body size

I use inositol, was using previously but stopped after I came back from holiday. I've heard/read that it's good to regulate cycles. I had a period every 4 months after being on CD 170! But I was/am overweight and had lost nearly 2st I'm weight so this may have helped?

Hopefully someone will come along with better advice.

I bought this and took out for three months when I was diagnosed with PCOS and it didn't help in my opinion, however I was put on metformin and within 4 weeks I had a period and they became regular. On my third cycle (using OPKs too) I fell pregnant and now just over 9 weeks.

I read so much online about it and I thought it was the holy grail, but who knows, if I kept at it longer it might of done something.

For reference my BMI is 27.9 and I'm 23 so my health wasn't an issue for the fertility clinic, anything under 30 and they're not converted. I'm also not diabetic but PCOS can cause issues with insulin in your body.

Sorry for the double post.
