A bit about me, I'm 28.. 29 in April.. my husband is a year younger than me. We've been married just over a year and together for 9 years this July.

I came off the pill Cerelle 24th November after years of the pill then implant and then the pill again. Never had periods on any. Just a few withdrawals when I missed a few pills.

Anyway! Been actively TTC since my withdrawal bleed 25-29th November.

Finally after a December of no Flo she's arrived today. So finally I can accurately start trying to track on Ovia!

Wow first week of Feb is the wait it seems

Well I've had some twinges last night so I think that's me now 1 DPO.

Also had to go to doctors today as chest felt so tight with this nasty cold/flu. Have an infection so antibiotics for 5 days though doc said there should be no downside to taking them (amoxicillin).

I think I’m going to class it as 1DPO from tomorrow assuming a 36 hour post LH surge.....atleast that’s one less day I’ll try to symptom spot!

@MrsTwentySeven im going with my flo app and saying im 1dpo today, even though i had ov signs at the weekend i dont think it will help if i think im 4dpo ill just get excited sooner 😂

Well this is super, i retract my previous statement due to the reappearance of ewcm, i have no idea whats going on 😂

I’m not helping matters here but increased ewcm after ovulation is a good sign right 😀 @hatepickinganame

I’ve got mild cramps on my left side today so think I’m definitely ovulating today 🙊 Guess need to DTD one more time for luck 😂 5 days in a row....my DH must be tired bless him haha

Haha @MrsTwentySeven who knows! I have pcos so im wondering if my body tried to ov at weekend and failed so its trying again? This tww is gonna be torture now cause ive got no idea!

Looks like ovulation is close! Do you ladies think we should DTD tonight/in the morning? DH is on nights tomorrow & Saturday night and we were going to have a break tonight as we DTD yesterday and Monday 🤔 but I didn't expect the opk to be so dark today!

@littletandme that looks very strong doesn't it! In answer to your question I guess it won't do any harm

@littletandme i know nothing about opk tests so im just gonna say yes dtd haha it cant hurt can it 😂

Hi everyone, I’m starting to obsess 😳 I’m in the exam same boat as @Hatepickinganame as my app says I’m 1DPO but I also think I’m 4DPO 😂 we are twins!

Discovered I have an extra pregnancy test in the house so I now have 2! Must not touch till February 😂

@2020wisher stay away from the tests!!! I almost bought some in tesco earlier lol im definitely going to cave before af! And yeah im already symptom spotting. I almost burst into tears earlier watching maroon 5 video for Sugar 😂😂😂😂😂 emotional much?!

We are terrible! I had a super vivid dream last night that I had an implantation bleed 🤦🏻‍♀️ Funny thing is I really don’t feel like we’ve done it this month but it’s still on my mind!

@MrsTwentySeven we can do this! Im working all weekend so hopefully that will keep me occupied, then we finally get paid next week so my days off will be spent food shopping. Also gonna take oh to see bad boys i think 😊

Definitely no POAS till February! I'm doing some decorating this weekend so will hopefully be distracted by bickering with DH about the arrangement of our new gallery wall 😂

@notetaker ill barely see my oh cause im working all weekend and hes off 😂 which may be a good thing cause he was rather tired yesterday lol i plan to spend today cleaning the house and watching a movie with the kids later 😊

Instead I am binge watching Bates Motel on Netflix
A week tomorrow is the 1st of Feb.... we can do this ladies 💪🏽 2nd of Feb is 10DPO for me ...I’m atleast hoping to stay off until then...haha

@MrsTwentySeven its 13 days til af is due according to my app.... back to being convinced i ovulated monday though. Ewcm has disappeared and i haven't had any more weird pains.... so either af will arrive early or im completely clueless about when i ovulate! Think im going to just dtd whenever we want to next month and stop tracking anything lol its too stressful! If it was monday then that makes me 4dpo today. If my app is accurate then im 2dpo. Either way no testing until 8th feb is my goal. That'll be 28 days since af! I can do this! And my cleaning isnt going well haha i need to go out and i cant be bothered at all. In a weird meh kind of mood today but at least im not bursting into tears at the stupidest things haha. I did read (during a rather obsessive googling about ewcm) that after conception estrogen rises which can cause more ewcm and all sorts. So much for not symptom spotting 😂😂😂😂

AF has just arrived after our first cycle TTC. I'm 31 and hubby is 30 and we've been together 5 years and married just over 2.
I track my periods on Clue and according to that I should ovulate on 10th Feb. This month we just DTD every other day from a few days after the end of my period to a few days after when I think I ovulated. I'm going to try ovulation tests this month as although I've got no reason to suspect I'll have fertility problems (fit, healthy, no family history etc) I don't want to be trying for months only to later find out I wasn't ovulating at all and nothing could ever have happened.
Only ever used condoms as contraception as I don't get on with the pill and dislike the idea of having something chemical or artificial changing my cycles so I'm pretty in tune with my body and how I feel each month.
Also def TMI but I also use a menstrual cup for my period so I know quite a lot about my cervix and how it feels at different parts of my cycle too!
Looking forward to another crazy adventure this month
