Posted on a few threads but think it's about the time I might know what I'm sorta on about! Ha!

Looking for some TTC Buddies I can what's app :-)

A bit about me, I'm 28.. 29 in April.. my husband is a year younger than me. We've been married just over a year and together for 9 years this July.

I came off the pill Cerelle 24th November after years of the pill then implant and then the pill again. Never had periods on any. Just a few withdrawals when I missed a few pills.

Anyway! Been actively TTC since my withdrawal bleed 25-29th November.

Finally after a December of no Flo she's arrived today. So finally I can accurately start trying to track on Ovia!

@2020wisher I agree! Even though you don't know for sure until AF comes, its like you've accepted it, so just hurry up! Then we can all move on! 😂

@Paws89 I too have had a dull ache in my lower abdomen and excessive tiredness.
I had vivid dreams last month nothing this month! I feel like a crazy woman analysing all my symptoms! Seems like everyone around me is getting pregnant at the moment aswell

Also, this is the first month I have been using ovulation tests (I have been TTC since sept 2019) And I've not had a positive result (although I'm pretty sure I ovulated) has anyone else had this
Are they any good or should I just scrap them and stick to my apps

@nchangefornoreason ooooh lets hope it's a good sign!! I really shouldn't test tomorrow as only 9dpo but FRER is meant to be 6 days before period so....🙈

All my googling tonight sums up what I thought. I'll test when needs be but I expect nothing and we go again.

@Jellybean252 oh I've had the exact same experience.... My 1st time using opks and I'm just not convinced with them.

I feel I do know my body well and usually my cm is pretty on point in my opinion, as I get af 2 weeks after EWCM and obviously in December we did conceive (even if it didn't stick)... I'm currently experiencing watery, thin cm which I get a few days before ewcm but the test just say negative - only 1 line, and I'm doing them at different times of day (as advised).

Maybe we're using them wrong? Is that possible? Xx

I thought I may have had a faulty batch of tests... I'm not sure I mean how can we mess up peeing on a stick. Although I was under the impression that we had to do it at similar times each day?!

The whole monitoring mucus is all pretty much new to me! So I've only really taken notice of it this month- therefore I have no idea what is normal for me and what isn't.

I hope we get our bfps soon!

Thanks @hatepickinganame! I have no right to even feel upset as it’s my first cycle and yet 😣 Ah this TTC journey is not easy. Anyway while I hope no AF....I’ll try hoping for a November baby 🤷🏾‍♀️😀

Morning ladies! Have any of you used clear blue digital ovulation testing? I've had empty circles all week and now this morning I've got a solid static smiley face. I've not had any flashing smileys though?

I'm so angry today. Fed up. Equally demotivated and just want AF to hurry up now so it can all be over with. If it's late I'll be even more angry. 😂

I've felt terrible this week. So many things I could attribute to 'symptoms' and I've been nuts. This morning- after finally having a full night's sleep (if until 5am counts) I was thrilled to be able to get a sensible temp reading. But no. Thermometer just kept beeping a quiet beep and turning itself back off. Tried a few times. Didn't know if to laugh or cry but decided a flat battery was someone's way of telling me to leave it alone. Decided I shouldn't temp next month, so won't replace it.
Get up at 6.30. Check thermometer properly in the light. Turns on as normal straight away? Wtf. Even more angry that it's not the battery and fate wants me to be miserable. Check temp (even though been awake ages) and its 36.6 so still reasonably low. Got dressed and stomped off to work. 😂

I know these things take time. But why is it such an emotional rollercoaster? Then I decided I don't want a baby anyway because I can't be bothered faffing in a morning. 😂😂😂

@MrsTwentySeven of course you have the right to be upset. I was gutted with my bfn yesterday even though i kept saying i dont think i am. But we arent out til af shows up!

@paintfairy i genuinely think the second you decide to ttc, your body just goes ment, like there's a little switch in your head that flips from "normal" to "baby crazy". Its not our fault 😂 hope your day improves though.

Its 6 days til my af is due to rock up. Better not be late 😂 feel like ive been hit by a bus today, going to hibernate and nap the afternoon away after oh goes to work i think. Might even go back to writing to take my mind off the tww.

@HighlandMam1 I have used them. I think it depends which kit you have as some detect a surge and offer a static smiley whilst others offer static and flashing which are possibly more sensitive? The kit I used last month didn’t offer flashing smiles.

@Hatepickinganame god there must be. My DH last night was like- what the hell is wrong with you? I don't dare tell him it's linked to that, or he might refuse to try again! 😂

Erm, not getting on the with the app. It says I’m going to have a month long period in February and ovulate at the end of March 😂
I think I’ll stick with my diary and opks.

Updated with a lot of jabbing my phone and it’s given valentines as I already thought.

Sorry @MrsTwentySeven . It doesn't matter it's your first cycle it is always a bit gutting. I think I understand now why people find it easier to see af than a bfn

@Posharmchairs mine is similar, it says my fertile window is from around the 12th feb and ill ov on 17th feb. I literally just plan to dtd whenever we want and not put stress on myself to aim for certain days as its just not doable with our working patterns. Luckily we both have v day evening off together and most of that weekend for once 😁 im so bad at this relaxed approach 🤣🤣🤣🤣
