Positive cheapie but negative frer??

Hi guys!

Has anyone been in a similar situation to this?? I'm not looking to conceive and ebf, but took a test after a convo about getting pregnant from pre and post ejaculation. Test came back +ve on cheapie, waited a few days then -ve on frer. I'm going out of my mind, little one is only 4 months. I've heard pros and cons of both tests so I'm in limbo! Took another cheapie and it's very faint +ve. CB digital was -ve but when I opened it up there was defo 2 lines. Don't know what to think!

I was always told there is never a false positive but there is a false negative. Is the cheap ones pink dye?

Hi Sadie! Yes they are, onestep strips. I have done one a day since the positive and they looked like thin evap lines to start with. The most recent is thicker but still faint.

Have you got a pic of your most recent test? I have heard some okay stuff about one step I know a lot of people use them and think they are reliable

I used onestep when I found out i was pregnant the first time. However the bfps are stronger when using my evening urine.

Can finally post pictures! I took the tests in the first picture a few weeks back. Since then I've had neg urine tests and a neg blood test too. Don't think that the doctor believed I was pregnant because I haven't bled and she hasn't seen a positive test. Took my last test tonight out of curiosity and a super faint line showed up within a minute but didn't get darker. What the heck is going in??

This is a better pic but my camera isn't strong enough to clearly see the line. That's how faint it is.
