OPK or CM - Which one to go by?

I normally ovulate CD11, which is tomorrow. Today I’ve been very, ahem, wet down there and have had what I think is EWCM (See photo). I don’t get much ever so never know if it’s EWCM - it stretches quite a bit!

I did an OPK but not yet positive, or it’s already been positive and I’ve missed the peak.

I don’t really want to do another OPK as trying to have a relaxed month. I’ve been taking 100 B6 to try and delay ovulation a few days and also wild yam root tablets.

Really not sure if I’ve ovulated today as had a few cramps this afternoon, going to DTD anyhoo.

If I have ovulated, would I get ewcm or do you think I could’ve delayed it a bit and it’s still to come?

So confusing!

EWCM is usually clear - that looks still quite white, so are you sure it is d
Fertile mucus?

In my experience. I get EWCM 4 or 5 days before ovulation, and a
Positive OPK 1 or 2 days before. If it is fertile mucus, you are now in your fertile window and need to get busy! Sperm can live a long time in fertile mucus.

Why are you trying to delay ovulation? I'm not sure that cm is fertile just yet. Aim to dtd every other day over the next week or so.
