Just wondering if anyone has experienced shoulder blade pain during tww.

...not meaning to alarm you too much OP but this can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy.

How many dpo are you op? I would be concerned about ectopic pregnancy too. Best to do as pp suggested and find out if you are pregnant.

I'm only 9dpo today..did hpt this morning. It was negative. I got really bad neck and shoulder pain last month a couple of days before we tested we got bfp it got so bad I couldn't that by the weekend I couldn't get out of bed. Went to doc he said muscle spasms and to take paracetamol etc but a week later I started to bleed so it was wrote down as chemical pregnancy. Dunno what to think now.

The pain of an ectopic is shoulder tip pain. That is at the point that your arm meets your shoulder. It sounds like yours is more muscular, as its going down your neck but if you are worried see a doctor.
