We aren’t actively trying for a baby atm but if it happens we would be happy. I previously had a coil but has removed in the summer after 2/3 years as my periods were slowly becoming horrendous and was suffering badly.
Since my periods have been lighter and shorter but that wasn’t unexpected - my last one on the coil was 12 days long! So they tend to be about 5 days with one or two heavier days. I’ve been logging when I get my period and average cycle day is 31 days. We aren’t regularly using protection.
Last period cycle start date was 29 Nov. I dont track or make a note of ovulation but we have DTD regularly over Dec. On 31 Dec I woke up and had some blood in my knickers and put a liner on. It was fairly light red and v low flow. I bled NYE and then until yesterday evening but again, v v light and today have had some minor spotting and a bit of pink when wiping. I did test this morning but it was negative. Could this be implantation bleeding or is my period dicking me around? How long should I give my period to show up and if it doesn’t then test again?
