Co-enzyme Q10 dosage?

Trac for 18 months. I'm 41 and have high FSH. I have decided to try this but can't work out the right dose. Can anyone help? I've seen anything from 100mg to 600.

Hi I'm 41 I used ubiquinol when ttc #1 followed the "it starts with an egg" supplement recommendation- I'm ttc #2 and taking 600mg.
