Progesterone supplements

Hi! Me and my husband started trying to conceive our second a year ago but have had 3 miscarriages. Two of those were very early 5-6 weeks and another at 13 weeks (due to Turner's syndrome). I have gone through some testings but all appears normal. However, when I went to my GP and had my progesterone levels tested they came back at 1 first cycle and then 10. I have read anything under 30 is bad news? I have also been having very light periods that only last 3 days. This cycle I started taking Agnus Cactus and my period started 7 dpo! I honestly have no idea what is going on or how to improve my progesterone levels

Sorry for rambling on! Basicially, my question is where can I get progesterone supplements? My doctors don't think it will help I have tried both the assisted conception unit and GP. But if theres even the slightest chance of this making a difference I want to do it! Is there anyone based in London that knows how to get this? I have tried places online, I'm willing to consider anything!
I'm seeing my doctor next month so will push for it again. I also know I might have better luck privately but it is expensive...

Any help MUCH appreciated xxx

Hi @oliver1790 i ordered a cream off amazon after doing some research, this is my first time using it so have no idea if it works or not but wasn’t too expensive so thought I’d give it a go.
