Is dry skin a sign of early pregnancy??!!!

Hi there, I'm about 10dpo and have had a few symptoms of early pregnancy such as back ache and mild cramping. However I've also had extremely dry skin on my face around my nose, which is something I've never experienced before. I don't think it's weather related as it's not that cold where I live. Has anyone experienced or heard of anyone experiencing dry skin before getting a bfp?

It was for me. I have a tendency towards dry skin anyway, but around 11dpo with my pregnancy with my daughter it was sufficiently dry that I made a note of it, because it was bizarre and unprecedented for me (I wasn't TTC, was on the mini pill).
