Tmi - implantation bleeding?

Has anyone ever had implantation bleeding? I'm 7dpo and when I went to the loo earlier, there was orange-ish blood on the loo paper?! I NEVER spot in between my cycles, could this be implantation bleeding? Google suggested endometriosis, but I've been checked for that previously and I don't have it. What else could cause this?

I had it with both mine, I remember it was more of a darker brown than bright red/pink. Fingers crossed for you!

I had this but it was on the day AF was due. It was dark red/Brown and just the once. Didn't think anything of it at the time until proper AF still hadnt started. Tested 3 days later and got my BFP

Thank you :) We have been ttc for 18months following a vasectomy reversal, I'm so hoping this is my month! I've normally got brutal pms by now, sore boobs etc, but so far I've had nothing, which has me wondering what's going on.
