Anyone starting TTC again after miscarriage this month?

Just that really. Started trying in September, got pregnant first cycle but lost it at 5+3 in November. Decided to have a cycle to settle and enjoy Christmas and start trying again January. I was anxious from the minute I found out last time, I think I just knew it wasn’t going to stick despite others reassurances, and I was right. Would like not to bring that anxiety with me this time.

Just had an unusually short 25 day cycle (I’m usually clockwork 28 days) so think body might be a bit confused still, but we’re going for it anyway. Just finished period, should ovulate around the 8th of Jan. We’re going for sex every other day across fertile period.

Anyone in a similar boat like to join me?

Also I use Natural Cycles to track, including temperature monitoring. I used it for contraception for 18 months before TTC so it helpfully knows my body really well.

I’m in a sort of similar boat waves. I’m 4 weeks out from losing my first pregnancy - was told at 20 week scan that baby had died at 13 weeks. We’re not ttc as such, I’m desperate but dh needs more time to heal yet but I’ve always been an avid reader of the ttc board! We’ve dtd a few times unprotected since but we might start using contraception again if dh wants. It will break my heart but respecting dh’s wishes is more important to me. I haven’t had a period since and my body seems all over the place since I gave birth to baby so we’ll just see what happens x

Yes me!! Had a miscarriage on 18th November. First period after MC arrived Xmas eve (oh joy!) and according to fitbit tracker ovulation should be 7th jan. My Fitbit was pretty accurate before as it told me I ovulated 5th October and we DTD only on that day, so it had to be the day we conceived!! Anyway, like you I'm thinking let's enjoy Xmas and new year then literally get back on it 😜I plan to be DTD every fertile day and just hope I'm as lucky as last time. Although last time it wasn't planned as such, we kind of decided to stop using protection but not go crazy 'trying' - this time is going to be very different as I know already I'll be obsessed!!!! So it will be nice to share this with others 😆
