Starting to overly panic this is very tmi! Still waiting to confirm my bfp and I have developed yellowish white dots on my inner lips down there is this normal I have what looks to be the same dots on my nipples yellow in colour I'm starting to panic that this may not be normal has anyone had this? Sorry for tmi!

Maybe you have thrush?

I don't think it's thrush I've had that before I didn't notice this until today when I had went for a shower they are under the skin they aren't lumpy or anything just there so I'm not sure but I'm starting to worry
