One day period (trying to conceive)

Can anyone help? I've been off the depo shot for a year now. Had my periods back for around 9 months. Became regular three months ago with a 38 day cycle.

We've been trying to conceive ever since and last month managed to get a positive OPK woohoo. Anyway, AF was due xmas day and I started spotting 23rd Dec. I thought I'd just came on early, but seemed to have a light period for one day and now absolutely nothing.

Anyone experienced this?

(for what it's worth though - implantation bleeding? Had this with DD - started bleeding, assumed I wasn't pregnant, that night tucked away a few cocktails, then couldn't work out why the bleeding had stopped. Until I took a test a week later. Good luck!)

I had a weird two day period before finding out I was having Dd. As others have said, implantation bleeding sounds possible.
