Has anyone got a BFP while having no symptoms during TTW?

We've been ttc #1 for 9 months now and this is the first cycle I'm not going mad symptom spotting and just feel totally fine... am I kidding myself or has anyone had a BFP after no symptoms.

I'm 10DPO today so going to test in a few more days as long as AF doesn't show up

When I was pregnant with my little boy I hadn't symptoms whatsoever. I got a positive test at about 12dpo. About a week later I started feeling queasy and had cramps.

With my DD I didn't even know till I was 8 weeks and had no symptoms what so ever! Every woman's body is different.

Thanks Lazydaisy - I was losing hope anyone would answer!

I think I might just be going bonkers with this ttc thing. In the grand scheme of things it's not been that long and I know so many couples struggle for so much longer but it's really starting to break me down. This month is the first month I sort of though 'f#$ck it' I'm going to eat whatever I want, go back to HIIT, have an occasional drink, dtd whenever we feel like it and now I'm not feeling any of the standard symptoms I've been spotting before - like sore boobs and queesyness, cramping etc... I feel fine!

Thanks PeterPeterson - I'm keeping my fingers crossed I might be one of those ladies! It's so hard not to symptom spot when you're trying isn't it and I'm kicking myself for trying to do it but not actually able to

I know this is not a popular opinion, but symptoms are not really meant to start in the TWW. If you don't have enough HCG in your system to give a positive pregnancy test result you don't have enough to give you clear pregnancy symptoms either. Obvious symptoms start after test day, at 5-6 weeks for most people. I think having no symptoms in the TWW is actually a better indicator of a BFP because its easy to confuse the signs of AF coming on for implantation spotting.

And yes, I had a BFP after no symptoms in the TWW.

Thanks Ryvita - I know you're completely right and I've tried to stop myself from spotting anything within around 8 days after O for that reason, maybe in a weird way I was getting comfort from the cramps and boons of PMS because I could pretent to myself for a fee days that I might be pregnant and this month I'm without them so it's a bit of a shock

Well with my first she was a surprise so I didn't notice anything wrong until my period just wasn't starting, so I think it can happen. Xx

ThoroughlyForumed · 24/12/2019 12:47

Thanks sarah Flowers
Fingers crossed!

And I second what @RyvitaBrevis said, most pregnancy symptoms so not start in the tww, most don't kick in until 5-7 weeks in xx

catlady3 · 24/12/2019 12:59

If it helps, I didn't have any symptoms until probably 8 weeks or so when the morning sickness kicked in (still going strong at 31!), so I'd say enjoy it as it may not last! Definitely possible! Fingers crossed for you.

ThoroughlyForumed · 24/12/2019 13:04

Thank you catlady Flowers

I had no pregnancy symptoms at all and throughout my pregnancy I had no side effects I.e. heartburn, nausea etc.

FairfaxAikman · 30/12/2019 21:12

DS is now almost 2. Apart from lack of period I had absolutely no symptoms with him up until about 25 weeks when I got raging heartburn.

Sunflower2019 · 30/12/2019 21:26

Just sore boobs and nothing else, did have a seriously bad tummy ache before and think it must of been inplanation though! Did you test?x

Going through something similar… did this ever end up in a BFP? X
