Currently on CD 14
Timeline:
CD 11 positive opk
CD 12 (negative opk) -Friday - later in the afternoon had a dull ache and cramping pain scale from 1-10 was 1.5
CD 13 (positive opk) Saturday - all day it felt as if there was a big ball sitting in the middle of my pelvis moving around primarily to the right side and dull aching and cramps pain scale 1
CD 14 (peak opk) - Sunday/today cramps have become progressively worse since 9 am pain scale 7.5 , it aches to walk feels like a freaking period, backaches, etc.
Has anyone else experienced this during ovulation ?
I’ve been on the pill for the past 15 years, i stopped taking it in October, now I realize I’ve never actually knew what it meant to ovulate or even experience cervical mucus. Last month, November I didn’t experience any of what I’m going through now.
