I'm 34 and have been TTC for 6 months, was on copper coil. My periods have been irregular - 34 days, 37 days, 30 days, 27, 29, 27. They've also been short, proper bleeding lasting about 2 days.

I've been getting some EWCM around the time you'd expect. But I've just found out my sister's early menopause was not caused by her MS treatment as I'd totally assumed. She had the menopause at 25. And now I am panicking that I am perimenopausal.

If I go to the doctor and say all this including my sister's very early menopause will they take me seriously?

I think its worth seeing your GP, who may be willing to run some of the relevant fertility blood tests, though usually they like you to have been TTC for longer than that.

Yes, with your close family history I am sure they will at least run some initial blood tests.
