AF due tomorrow and all the classic signs there (stomach cramps, feeling grumpy) running toilet every few hours as 'feel like about to come on a period'. did a cheap test just to check but not sure if evap line?Thoughts? X

It's there - congratulations. FWIW I felt exactly the same when I got my first BFP, was convinced my period was coming. She's 3.5 now!

I’d say any reading after the recommended time limit is a negative .. how long did it take for this line to appear? I also used these tests and had a very mega faint positive which did turn out positive! Even so there is such thing as ‘evaporation line’ x

I left it around 5 mins. Done a cheap opk and that's just a faint line too (not as strong as control line) which I've read if pregnant would be as strong/stronger than control line. Soooo convinced AF is coming for how I feel going to be so disappointed if I'm not pregnant again this month Sad

I can definitely see a line as well! That looks similar to the test I took a couple of days before my period was due (pic attached). Now 6 months pregnant.

Took mine a few days for the line to get darker x

This is on first morning wee of AF day. Still all the same feelings of impending period so still haven't allowed myself to believe anything. Husband getting me a FRER later on as worried cheap tests are giving me false hope. X

I can definitely see line progression from yesterday 🤞 I'd definitely do a FRER when you can though as I got a line on one of those tests a couple of weeks ago when I was most definitely not pregnant.

So ladies I'm 1 day late and done a clear blue early response on first morning wee and this is result. Still feel so weird as if my period is about to start!!

Thank you for your replies everyone, it's starting to sink in that I actually may be pregnant! Over the moon. What a lovely Christmas this will be for me and my husband :)

Feeling periody is 100% part of being pregnant and will come and go over the next 12 weeks - more so I'm the first few weeks!

Bless you lot for your sweet replies Flowers got my fingers crossed for some more Christmas/new year BFP's for everyone in this forum! I just can't believe how similar PMS and early pregnant symptoms are so bear that in mind before you lose all hope like me and think AF is on its way x

Hi!
Yes today I'm 5 weeks 5 days pregnant and I'm scheduled for my first midwife check on January 17th.
Only symptoms I have are extremely sore nipples, waves of period type cramps that come and go and fatigue. The last test I did was 2 days after AF was due and it looked like this 😊
