Faint BFP then BFN frustrating :(

Hello lovely ladies I am just wondering if any of you can shed some light. Me and my other half have been ttc for a few months now. Currently AF is two days late I've had a really runny nose but that seems to have stopped along with creamy ish CM and that is still going on (sorry tmi) Occasional dizziness, AF type cramps and itchy nipples but that is really it in terms of symptoms. I took a pregnancy test last night and I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is a BFP or an evaporation line. I then did a test this morning which came back negative. I'm not sure what to think now. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Also what is the difference between an evap line and BFP line? I will test again in a few days time. Love and baby dust to all :) ( I wanted to post a pic so you guys could look but I have just joined so it wont let me)

Hi, I'd wait another day or two and retest, hopefully that will give you a clearer answer.
How many dpo are you? It could just be really early to test.
The evap lines tend to be grey and have no colour to them. Any line you see in either pink or blue is likely to be positive, even if its faint.
This has happened to me before, I had a few days of faint lines then negatives and it turns out I'd had a chemical pregnancy, not saying that will be the case for you. Hopefully in a day or two you'll see a nice dark line! Fingers crossed!

Hello, Thank you for the message, well according to my tracker I ovulated around 3rd and have a 31 day cycle ish however I had no ovulation symptoms no ewcm (sorry tmi) or pains. I am quite good at knowing when I ovulate but we DTD anyway however a few days later around the 10th I got egwc so we DTD again and that was when my symptoms started my period was due on the 17th and still hasn't made an appearance I guess. Long story short I guess I am not too sure exactly when I ovulated. Something doesn't feel quite right down there I am crampy and have a little lower back ache, it does feel like AF should be coming any minute but I am definitely not dry like I should be if AF was coming. I am going to test again tomorrow and hopefully I have the dark line if not I will be very confused. I will let you know tomorrow if I get my BFP.

What happened? Hopefully we had a BFP?

Hello @gittalitta I was totally convinced I was pregnant had every symptom going but then AF turned up with avengance on 24th. I was gutted I've never been late before or had those symptoms. I must have imagined it all. Oh well theres always next month.
