Implant removed 13 days ago, got what appeared to be a positive OPK about 7pm last night, took another 6.30am and back to negative. Could I really ovulate this quick after removal?

Hey @JLR12 I had my implant out end of nov, ovulated after 14 days. How dark was the opk line? It's usually as dark as the control or darker. Its advised you test 10am to 11pm to get the most reliable results. FMU is lower than a later test so that's probably why its negative today.

If not yet had a very dark line I would keep testing everyday around 2pm making sure your urine isn't to concentrated until you get a peak.

But yes your LH surge can be very quick sometimes just 12 hours. Have you had any other signa of ovulation like a high soft cervix or lots of watery/creamy/egg white like cervical mucus?

Hope this helps x

It looks as dark as the control line, have a picture but cant figure how to attach it. I had one lot of ewcm yesterday morning but nothing else. X
