Anyone fancy sharing their charts?

I think I am 2/3DPO... but there isn't a massive spike like I thought there would be... just a slow and steady increase.

Just want to compare with others.

There's mine from last month. Think mine was pretty slow and steady too.

Hi @ceebee21 I'm not sure how to share my BBT chart, but anyway I've only done it for 1 cycle, and I started it off pretty badly because I didn't know that I couldn't go pee a few hours before temping, that it could get crazy high after having had alcohol the night before, or had a restless sleep etc...

Either way, my temp also rose slowly but steadily after my predicted ovulation (which the app predicted for me). My normal temp pre-ovulation averages around 36.6. Had two days dip of around 36.5 the supposed day before and day of, and the next days went like this :
36.78
36.72
36.89
36.82
36.90
37.04

Basically, the rise was not crazy different from one day to the next, but I did stay at around 37 for the rest of my luteal phase :) I then also had a bit of a slow decline to 36.78 when my period started, and only got down to 36.4 on the 3d CD :)

After having written this message, I feel like my obsession for BBT has taken new proportions!! Halo

Am hoping to get more insights about my temp over the next cycle!

@mimmi91 thanks for that... mine just seem all over the place at the moment.

I had a positive OPK on Friday and Saturday.. and it was 36.21 and 36.13 respectively.

then
36.29
36.31
36.35

just not the increase I was expeting, but mine appear to be around the low 36 normally. xx

@ceebee21 I've read in numerous places that after ovulation your next 3 daily temperatures should be higher than the previous 6 days' temps.

From your temps, even if they're not drastic, are definitely higher than your average! :)

If you're anything like me, you may see further temp rises in the next few days - which then makes the chart totally look comforting.

But I agree that it's not so easy to determine ovulation with only a few days' temperatures ; because it truly is the pattern that is telling, not the actual temperatures in themselves!

Here's my chart this month. Only my second month temping!
