Trying to figure out exactly when I ovulated I know ovulation starts about 24-36 hours after opk positive CD12 was positive for me and that was on the 4/12/19 but I wasn't due to ovulate until the 7th according to my calendar so I'm not sure what day I ovulated am I 9dpo or 10dpo but my Premoms app is telling me I'm 11dpo! I'm so confused! Thanks!

I'd go with the timing of the OPK and forget the 'suggested' date as this solely relies on an algorithm and the OPK uses what actually happens in your body to predict ovulation within the next 12-36 hours.

Hard to tell as the tests don’t start til CD12 so you could have missed the peak. Good idea to start testing a little earlier to get used to your readings.

I had been testing since CD7 but had just started recording the highest ones as I didn't get an actual positive the first one is the brightest it had got but on ovulation day 7th of December it was negative so I've been going with 6th being the latest I could of ovulated! Thanks for the reply's!

How often do you test? Ideally you do it a couple of times a day when you can see that they're getting stronger. LH slowly builds up and then very quickly drops so when you had one that's almost positive but the next day was lighter again you might have missed the actual peak and not got a real positive because the short time it was positive wasn't recoded.

@Peanutty86 I tested twice a day once in the afternoon and then about dinner time 5/6 o'clock and they stayed the same 4th and the 5th and then 6th 7th it had dropped again so I'm not entirely sure it was my first cycle in 3 months since getting the rod removed but dtd loads to make sure we didn't miss it from the 2nd until the 8th so I'm hoping it's enough to get a BFP this month 🤞🏼x
